We are now looking for a German speaking financial assistent for our international client (HIRED)
Vindex is now looking for a financial assistant with good skills in the German language to one of our clients. You will initially start as a consultant for the first six months and given the fact that your collaboration is successful, you will then be offered a permanent position by our client. In this role, you will mainly manage the communication with the German suppliers and clients as well as various financial tasks.
Location: Stockholm
Main tasks:
- Manage the communication with German suppliers and clients
- Translate the German invoices to both english and swedish
- Invoicing
- Bookings
- Reconciliation
- Payments
- Handle unsecured customer accounts
- Accounting
For this role, we are looking for a person who is service minded, outgoing and has a positive attitude. Since all internal communication is in English, you must be fluent in both speaking and writing. You have also very good German skills and feel comfortable handling all communication with the German external parties. It is favorable if you have worked with similar financial tasks before, but training will be provided by our client. The most important thing is that you are willing to learn and have a curious mindset.
