Vindex is recruiting an Accounts Receivable (AR) Accountant to our client Einride. This is a full-time position where you will be employed directly by Einride, while Vindex manages the entire recruitment process. The role requires the ability to work independently in a structured and detail-oriented manner.

About the role
As AR Accountant at Einride, you will play an important part in the daily accounts receivable operations. You will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer data, invoicing, and reconciliation tasks. The role also involves follow-up on outstanding receivables, reporting of aging, and working with factoring processes. You will work closely with other members of the finance team and support ongoing improvements within AR.
Responsibilities:
- Register and maintain customer information in the finance system
- Post accounts receivable entries across business segments
- Reconcile customer accounts and ensure data accuracy
- Monitor and report on AR aging
- Manage factoring processes and related documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams to support system and process improvements
Your profile
You are structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently. You communicate clearly, handle recurring tasks with precision, and contribute to ongoing development of processes.
Required qualifications:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent
- Several years of experience in an AR or similar finance role in Sweden or within a Swedish company
- Proficient in Excel and finance systems
- Experience with factoring or AR reporting is an advantage
- Experience from a system implementation or finance system transition is considered a merit
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
