We are now looking for a commercial and hands-on CFO to contribute to our continued journey. The position is placed in Stockholm, and you will work closely with our CEO.
About the role
We are looking for a commercial CFO who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will have the overall
responsibility for the accounting function and work hands-on with budget, forecast as well as strategic work. As CFO, you will have two direct reports and be part of the management team.
You will be responsible for
- Budget and forecast
- Develop and optimize routines and procedures within the finance department
- Contribute with analyses as a basis for strategic and business-oriented planning
- Transfer Pricing
- Prepare the annual report as well as tax calculation for the Group (the Group contains of three legal
entities in Sweden, China and the US) - Strategic work
- Lead different projects
- Part of management team
- Two direct reports (Accountant/Financial Controller and Supply Chain)
Is this your next challenge? We are looking for someone who has or is:
- Relevant university/college degree
- Several years of work experience as Business Controller or a couple of years of experience as CFO in a growth company
- Strong knowledge of Swedish accounting regulations
- Experience of working in an international environment
- Strong IT skills, experience of working with BI tools
- Very meritorious with experience from e-commerce
- Change-prone, result oriented and pragmatic with great problem-solving skills and a flexible mindset
- Service-minded, organized and proactive
- Fluent in English and Swedish
